Pirated

I brought my system unit to IT Hyperstore at CineLeisure Complex to get it diagnosed for it's abrupt hangs. The technician refused to touch my PC because I was operating a pirated copy of Windows(I'm ashamed of this, but i can't afford a genuine copy). Instead i asked him some question just to get a feel of what the problem might be...

Previously i asked an in game friend about my pc problems, and he said it could be caused by several things. But he pointed out that it could be either a hardware or a software failure. In the Hardware department, he pointed out that it could be the RAM or the Hard disk. While in the software section he said that i might have installed a software incorrectly. He added by saying that it could be my pc overheating. So i took in what he said with a grain of salt, and did what i could do for free.

So i unplugged my system unit, and placed it on the floor, got the case open and started to dust-out the dust in my case. When i was satisfied with it, I put everything back together. But the problem still persist. ...So here's when i went to get second opinion before a fork out any cash for it. Back to the technician at the Hyperstore, i ask him what could've caused the problem. He insists that it's the authenticity of my Windows. It's almost hard to believe. I've been using pirated Windows for awhile now, and only now have I encountered this problem. Either i'm missing some new development from Microsoft, that allows them to obstruct the usage of pirated copies of their software or this smooth talking technician is trying to get me to buy his merchendise. So again i took in what he said with a grain of salt and got home disappointed.

So far, It looks like I gotta spend a little to get this problem solved. I'm considering all the possibilities, but i need someone to pin point the exact problem. So i can cut some cost by doing so. So most probably i'm got to get a third opinion and most probably gonna get it from a neighbourhood technician. Probably he can clear things up for me. From there i could budget the things i need to solve this problem.

So till my third opinion, i'll keep posting.
